Name: Stephanie Gespenst
Nickname: Steph
Age: 14
Gender: Female
Date of Birth: 7th July
Place of Birth: Germany

Sexual Preference: Straight
Relatives: Father, Mother (who is missing) Her parents were single childs and thus she has no cousins. She however has a foster sister, who is actually related to her by blood.
Affiliation: Good
Grade: 8th Grade (Pardon if my calculations are wrong)
Appearance
Personality: Steph doesn't talk. Well, she does, but she's naturally soft spoken and is pretty much the introvert. It's hard for her to make friends because she doesn't take the initiative. Instead, she waits for people to come and say hi. It is normally perceived that she's being spoilt, but none of the sort - She's just timid and afraid to experience changes. She's an 'S' person - She doesn't appreciate change. Rather stubborn, she complains a little about changes because she's uncomfortable about them. She holds grudges very well too. She still recalls the time when someone put gum in her hair. And that was ten years ago. She had to cut her hair short and it remained short.
Around strangers, she acts as quiet as she knows, and if she does talk, she becomes extremely klutzy and drops items or falls. Through this, she gets embarrassed and goes red. Scarlet would not be an exaggeration as to how red she goes.
However, she's pretty independent because her mom is never around. When people give her assistance, she usually declines it unless she's in a tight situation. People again underestimate her abilities and go on to help her anyway, because she doesn't express her wishes clearly - reiterating her timid ways.
Eye Color: A deep hazel. It it usually misinterpreted to be black.
Hair Color: Blonde, but it seems much duller due to some traits from her father. It's slightly above collar and quite tame.
Height: 150cm, 4"9 approximately.
Weight: Light. Slightly less than She's around 34kg, 75 lbs approximately.
Build: Slender frame, and leans more to the petite size.
Miscellaneous Information
History: The girl lived in quite the humble abode, in their house in Germany facing the large sea. Steph was the only child in the family, born to the parents of Schleierhaft Gespenst and Stella (last name unknown) Steph, despite being a only child, had a foster sister, Elegance Ombre, who apparently arrived at their house mysteriously. Elegance is much older and apparently arrived when Schleierhaft was in his twenties. Steph was named after her mother with a touch from the father, and they lived quite happily.
Steph never knew the backstory to her sister or her life. Actually, Stella was a divorced woman. Sort of anyway. After marrying to Kristoph Ombre and bearing the second child, Elegance, he wanted to dispose of Elegance. A girl would never carry the family name. Yet, Stella refused to not let the child see the light of the world and kept Elegance with one of the housemaids. Stella had Kristoph's final child, before deciding to leave and at the same time, taking Elegance with her. However, it dawned upon her that Elegance could no longer be cared for - And left her at the doorstep of Schleierhaft's. Not knowing the inhabitant of the house Elegance was left at, she married the same man who took in her child, and had Steph, who only recognises Elegance as a foster sister, when the two are connected by blood.
When Steph was four, the family moved to Japan. They had a small apartment, much smaller than the one in her hometown, and it took her long to master the language, and at the same time, her mother found passion in performing in Japan. She became rather well known, but the family continued with the same apartment for the many years down the road. Steph enrolled in Seiyo, but kept a low profile on her studies. She did well, but not enough to surpass the local students lest conflict arouse from the two parties.
When Steph was twelve, she was accused of cheating in the final year examinations. She was completed appalled. She had been framed by one of her "friends", and held the matter in her heart. She does not appreciate it when people talk of the matter and becomes highly irritatable. She wanted to express her speech, but she couldn't. The frail and timid girl could not express her true feelings and couldn't tell the truth. It put Steph under major pressure, she had a slight emotional breakdown at home. At the same time, things happened at home. Her mother disappeared in the midst of her career, and Stella the performer was of no more but a legend. Elegance had disappeared along with Steph's mother. Steph was further pressurized, and Roku's egg came to existence. She was without a doubt, afraid of the foreign object, but it was warm. There was life in it. It compelled Steph to take care of it.
Her father wasn't happy. Misunderstanding the situation, it was the first time he ever had to scold anyone, his own daughter for the matter. Steph was crushed, just crushed from the fact that even her own father didn't trust her. She felt the need to express how she truly felt, and it was like magic, it was a whole new her, when she did a small Character Change and shouted right back at her father. She confessed all her feelings wound up in her, shocking Schleierhaft and herself, at the same time. By the end of the day, she had crawled over to her father's room and curled up beside him, crying in his arms while he hugged her lightly.
Her thoughts were still transfixed on the matter by the next day. In her room, she questioned her sudden change in personality, and noticed the egg shivering. When it did crack, Roku was born. The small Shugo Chara did a small explanation, and landed with a loud 'plonk' on her bed, his egg right behind - The black egg with white flecks on it and a startling white crescent moon on it. Steph's first impression was just dumbfounded. It took her long to realise that only she could see him at home, while it took some getting used to the small pint sized "human" tailing behind her. Furthermore, she also questioned Roku's purpose. Roku blandly answered that he could only do mild changes, Steph's heart wasn't strong enough or ready for other things.
Roku has been with her until present day.
Other: None.
Roleplay Sample: (Bolds are spoken speech - It just brings attention to them for my own reading convenience) Steph hadn't felt this before. It pained her to live with this thought that kept buzzing around her. She hated it. How her friend had easily led her into her trap, becoming her own scapegoat, she was completely disgusted by the feeling. But it didn't matter. No one would listen to her, partly because she barely even spoke or expressed her own feelings. Shuffling her feet slightly, she bit her lower lip lightly, but enough for her to let out a small squeak in pain. It was good enough. She felt a little less pressurized than she already was. Worst still was how Mother had left without a word, Elegance too.
Her ears twitched when her father was rapping on the door. His knocks sounded different today, it seemed more agitated and impatient. Crawling off her bed, she opened the door and looked timidly at her father, "Yes Papa?"
His face was completely straight. He never seemed like that before. And when he started a long list of scolding, she partly had seen it coming. She squeezed her eyes shut and scrunched her toes close to her feet, clenching her fist into a small ball. She hated this. She hated having to listen to something she didn't do and being told off for it. Her father didn't understand. No one understood. But only because of herself. If she had boldly answered the teacher that her friend had made her her scapegoat, perhaps she had a chance. But no, not anymore. Now, she was guilty as charged, no matter the circumstances.
"Papa, listen..." she started, softly. No use. Her father was rambling on.
"Just listen, please Papa..." her head was getting dizzy. Oh, how much she just wanted to say it. She would slap her to get it out of her, but it was too much like her to stay silent.
'From a girl who can't say, to one who can, Character Change!' Did she just hear a voice?
"I didn't do anything Papa! You've misunderstood and my friend framed me for it. I can tell you it's the truth, nothing but the truth!" she said with so much confidence. Her father just seemed dumbfounded for a second, and paused. He didn't have time to say another word as the twelve year-old was flushed, scarlet, and her room door was locked. Her clammy hands were plastered close to her face, in complete despair. She was at loss as to what to say for her earlier actions.
