Personality: Renji is...well...cynical. He also has that 'bored-with-everything' aura going around him, but still, weirdly enough, Ren manages to show an interest in everything, shown by the little things he says and does. Also? Renji is a very skeptical individual. He's not one to believe things easily, and he pities those who do. And he's a pessimistic. That downer, you know? But it's not his fault, really. He has a chemical imbalance in his brain that actually makes him clincally depressed. But he takes his pills, and his best friend Saki is always there to cheer him up as well. But despite all that, Ren is still very lazy, and rather anti-social and blunt to boot.
Renji is also a 'bad-boy', who hangs out with the 'wrong crowd'. He smokes, he drinks, and he just does morally wrong things. But he also makes sure his grades are very good, so the 'adults' can't make him as a bad person. But Ren has some good points to him as well. He's loyal for one, and can't bring himself to hurt his 'loved' ones. Two, unless he's on Easter's orders, he can't stand around while someone else gets hurt. And three, he's an excellent drawer. A very good drawer, and he colors his drawings very well too. His life's goal is to become a great artist, and his chara Chou is helping him with that.
Eye Color: They're actually a dark brown, but they're always mistaken as black.
Hair Color: Black, and Ren's hair spikes up slightly in the back, only to straighten up as it reaches the top of his neck. His bangs sort of curl to frame his face, but not really. [LOL, WHUT?]
Height: 6'0
Weight: 160 lbs.
Build: Slender, lanky, and only slightly muscular.
Miscellaneous Information
History: Renji's past is not an exceptionally sad one. His grandfather, mother, and father all died in the same car accident when he was a baby, leaving him to be raised by his only grandmother, since his father's parents had died before he was born. This was not a cruel fate on him; His grandmother treated him with love and care, and Renji grew up as a happy child.
Well until the age of eight that is.
This was when his clinical depression hit; Apperently, when his grandma noticed him dragging and moping around the house one day, instead of being cheerful like he usually was, she had asked him why he was acting like that, and he had responded with
"Everything just seems so pointless and gray now."
Hearing her once happy grandson act like this made Renji's grandmother very frightened, and needless to say, she had tooken him first to a shrink, who recommended that she take him to a doctor instead. The doctor diagnosed young Ren-kun, and determined that he was just depressed, and after a wait, Renji got some pills that wouldn't exactly make him happy, but just make him 'normal'.
And while those pills did make act like a normal person, he was never the same happy little ball of fluff he once was.
This made his grandmother very sad, but she still paid for his pills, not being able to stand seeing her cherished grandson like an emotional train-wreck. And maybe her being so co-operative with his pills was what led to Renji becoming addicted to them, and to him freaking out and having a crash and burn whenever he doesn't have them.
Over the years, Renji obviously grew up, into a young teen, rebelling at school, and outside home, and become a docile, kind, young man with his grandmother.
In fact, because he had asked his grandmother's permission to be part of a exchange student art contest, young Ren submitting his budding art as his entry; And surprisingly, he won. He was so surprised, that that night he wished that art skills would keep on improving until he was the best in the world, and the next morning he found a brightly paint-splattered-print egg in his bed; He took it with him on his trip to Russia for two amazing weeks, where he met one young boy who would drastically change his life forever. Saki Kaltina.
The two boys grew so amazingly close in such a short amount of time, and in that short time period, Renji found that he was more light-hearted around Saki, laughing and smiling easier around the other boy. They grew so close that Renji asked Saki to go back to Japan with him, knowing that his grandmother wouldn't mind. And thankfully, Saki accepted, and they smuggled the russian into Japan under false pretenses that the other boy was his step-brother.
And they were all happy as one big family, Saki, Renji, and his grandmother, and in that blissful time period, Chou hatched, bringing Renji's art skills to an unbelievable high.
Until his grandmother's mother's money started running low, and Renji's anti-depressant pills started pulling back. It was then that Renji started freaking out, addiction kicking in and forcing him to go out and look for a way to get access to them. And this was when Easter entered, and approached Renji, knowing that he was desperate; Quickly, and unknowingly, Renji signed a contract with them, wanting a way to his anti-depressants so bad.
And now he was Easter's puppet, dragging Saki and Chou down along with him, all for his own needs.
Other:

- Knows Saki still harbors a small crush on him.
- Wears very fashionable, gothic clothing, which fit him perfectly.
Roleplay Sample:
There she was; Her hair was still at it's sweet, inky-long, mid-back length, the silky looking strands whipping around gently in the fall breeze. She was surrounded by two other girls, both with odd hair, one had an auburn braid, the other had wispy white hair.
The fact that they were knights were what was preventing Renji from going over to Kiko and saying "Hello." But they didn't know he was Easter's agent, so maybe his cowerdice was on the fact that Kiko's wide tawny eyes caused the butterflies in his stomach to multiply and flutter around rapidly.
Kiko laughed, and blushed pink, bringing her hand to cover her mouth cutely, like she was embarrassed, and the image made something in Renji's chest to twang with affection; absent-mindedly, he traced unidentifiable images on his motorcycle's shiney helmet surface, deep in thought on wether he should approach her or not.
"Ren sould go and say hello!" Chou piped up from his pocket, in a cheery, optimistic voice, and Renji stopped fiddling with his helmet, to listen. "I mean, Kiko-chan is very nice, and sweet-looking, if not a little shy! Like you! But the boy should always take the inicitive!" Chou continued, oblivious to the fact that Shouta had just appeared in front of Kiko, causing the fragile girl to squeal, and blush harder.
Something in Ren's heart cracked painfully, and the dark-haired boy turned away from the quartet with something bitter swimming around in his dark eyes.
"Shut up, Chou." Renji said, slipping his helmet on; Saki just appeared, and Renji threw the other helmet to the other boy, irritated with his own feelings.
